About Bec
I have just had baby Aurelia (number 5) and was thinking of ways I can share my knowledge and experience with other mummas who are looking to get informed before they give birth. I have a very natural approach and believe your body knows how to birth given the right diet, exercises, mental focus and support. I have had 1 hospital birth and 4 home births. I had no idea on my first and decided that the next one was going to be perfect. I put in a lot of time researching and breaking my old programs to finally feel confident to home birth. And what an amazing experience it was!!!!

As a Graduated Nurse, Masters of Teaching Primary and mother of 5 (1 hospital birth and 4 home births) I can get you ready for birth and the weeks that follow. Whether it's an informed hospital birth or birthing at home, I can get you feeling secure and confident for this amazing life-changing experience. Over 4 lessons of 30 mins I will outline the importance of and types of diets and supplements, exercises for birth and labor, aftercare of birthing, and newborn care. I will give you all the tips and tricks I wish I knew when I had my first baby.
