About Christine
Fitness and wellbeing has always been very important to me and close to my heart. From yoga, to running half marathons, to spinning, skipping and strength/weight training. I love nothing more than to chase the dopamine.
I am also a sports massage therapist, so combined with yoga, its such a great feeling to know with my skills, I can teach what I know and make someone else feel great about themselves, inside and out.
I have practised yoga for over 20 years, so it was the right decision to become a yoga teacher and help others to begin their journey, just like I did. It is very important for me to keep my yoga traditional to the roots of where it comes from. This is why I chose Omkar Yoga Shala in India.

Come and join in my online beginner hatha yoga class and watch how you transform and grow over the weeks. Perfect for you, if you are not comfortable with going to a face-to-face class or no time to get out to a class or session.
When you begin to practice yoga regularly, you’ll unlock a host of health benefits. Because yoga engages the mind, body, and spirit, these span the physical, mental, and emotional realms.
The moving, stretching, and deep breathing during a yoga practice improves blood flow and both stretches and strengthens muscles.
Sessions with me are typically one hour and include a welcome meditation, pranayama, asana and shavasana. Don't worry, just follow me, everything will be explained and broken down for you in a relaxed and calm environment.
I am a 200+ hours Hatha yoga teacher from the Omkar Yoga Shala in India. My classes are for beginners, men and women, adults only.
