HOW IT WORKS: SHORT CALLS - KEEP IT FLEXIBLE
I structure my sessions to suit your real-world project circumstances. There’s no commitment to long sessions or retainers. Instead, we can work in flexible 30-minute time blocks for €25.

Taking the friction out of any engagement:•

THE FIRST SESSION IS FREE: We have a quick call to discuss your particular project situation. If I can add value, we’ll agree how to proceed. If not, there’s no charge.

FIRST WORKING SESSION: If we decide to move forward, our first formal session costs €25 (up to 30 mins duration).•

FOLLOW-UP MICRO-CALLS: Project Management interactions don’t fall neatly into fixed time blocks. Once we start, we can split a session into a number of short 10 or 15-minute calls. For example, if we uncover a gap, I might send you away to gather specific project information. You gather the data, and we’ll have another short follow-up call where we review the remedy.

IT'S YOUR TIME: We only count the minutes we actually spend on calls. When we reach a 30-minute limit, we wrap up. You decide if and when you need to open another time block. It’s your budget and you have control
