I have been working in education for nearly 10 years. Providing support to a wide range of students from different backgrounds and supporting students with different education needs. I plan my lessons according to the ability of the students. My main aim is to make my students successful and help them achieve their grades. Providing one to one support and helping the student in the subject area they are weak at. Providing feedback to my students and making them understand. Doing reviion classes making sure my students are prepared for their examinations.
