About Pooja
A Senior Coach in Allianz Services who always had a passion in teaching. Have been taking tuitions since 2014. Strong critical and creative thinker this bringing in more ideas to help develop innovative and interactive lesson plans that engage students. Approaches my students in a very friendly way. Then bring about an explicit illustration way of teaching however, won't prefer this method for a long term. Make the students understand the concept of each lesson and also give meaningful, intersting and shuffled homeworks to make them more into the subject.

My teaching method is very simple and not really strict. I usually approach the class in a very casual manner. Firstly I try to become close to them and when they start liking me they gradually start to like the subject. Homeworks and assignments are given to them in a shuffled manner so they they can remember very small portions for a long time. Also, brings in more ideas to make the process better.
