About DEVIKA
I am a Computer Science Engineering graduate with a strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students learn with confidence. I currently work as an Academic Mentor at LEAD IAS Junior, where I guide students, explain concepts clearly, and support their academic growth. I enjoy creating a friendly and interactive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. My approach is patient, practical, and personalized according to each student's learning level. I believe that with the right guidance and consistent practice, every student can improve and achieve their goals. I have hands-on experience in projects so don't be afraid about code, I will make it easier.
