About Refilwe Sandra

I am a Business Management and Entrepreneurship graduate, a former Sales and Service Consultant in the banking industry and a former Administrator in a Non-Profit-Organization. I am customer service oriented with a very crisp professional sense of teaching. I value punctuality, respect and humility. I am very passionate about every level, strength and weakness that students come with because I use those to improve all their fundamental communication skills. I love laughter, freedom and peace and strive to achieve a classroom that is replete with these. I am dependable and compassionate.

About the lesson

My classes are a safe space of learning and unlearning. We cover every aspect of the English language. I aim to improve-to-perfection your reading, writing, speaking, listening and comprehension skills. Inclusive of all the grammar rules, we will venture into videos, idioms, music, stories and music to explore the language's richness. Increasing the student's vocabulary becomes one of our biggest achievements. My sense of humour sticks me out like a sore thumb. I aim to help young and elderly adults aiming to ace their IELTS exams.
