I have 25 years with numerous CA school districts serving the most challenged students in mathematics. I do this, not only with patience and understanding, but the strategies and materials I use ensure understanding and that students will apply their learning. I am a Co-author of the National Board Standards for math teachers. I taught teachers and coached them to perfect their work and better meet students' needs.
