I am a first year history student at Cambridge and have been tutoring all ages for the last six years. I am patient, methodical, can help in teaching practical material, time management and provide effective study methods to help you achieve your goal.

My teaching methodology is first to get to know my pupil and understand how best they internalize material (whether they are visual, verbal, a combination, learn by example etc). We will then coordinate a weekly goal and daily tasks which will be revised each week. Lessons will largely be based on discussing the pupil’s homework of the last week in terms of strong points and what needs improving, and any difficulties they faced with their work. If a student is unfamiliar with a whole topic, we will start it from the beginning and make gradual progress to get them up to speed with their class. I am patient, good at explaining and diligent in my work.
