About Tadzmahal
I'm Tadz, a learning and development coach, academic and career coach, and certified master trainer based in Dubai, named Best Trainer three times.
For 10 years, my work has been helping people learn and find their voice. I started on the front line and grew into leading learning for international teams across 20+ airports on three continents. I have trained hundreds of people, certified frontline colleagues as trainers, and I am a speaker at HRSE Dubai 2026, the region's HR Summit and Expo.
A decade in learning and development taught me how people learn and what makes it stick. I bring that to every lesson: I listen first, find what is holding you back, and build the plan around you.
Whatever your goal, we will get you there, one lesson at a time.

Whether you are choosing a path, looking for your first job or ready for the next step, you do not have to figure it out alone.
I have spent 10 years on the other side of the table: hiring, training and developing people in aviation and hospitality, most recently as a global talent management leader. I know what employers look for, and I will help you show it.
What we cover:
• Direction: your strengths, your options and a realistic plan for the next step.
• CV and cover letter: clear, focused and written for the role you want.
• LinkedIn: a profile that gets noticed by recruiters.
• Interviews: answering common questions, telling your story and handling the hard ones.
• Career moves: changing industry, asking for a promotion or stepping into leadership.
• Confidence: presenting yourself well, in writing and in person.
How it works:
1. A first session to understand where you are, where you want to go and what is in the way.
2. A plan built around your goal and your timeline.
3. Sessions of 60 to 90 minutes, each with practical exercises and clear next steps.
4. Mock interviews and feedback before the real thing.
For high school and university students, graduates and working professionals. All sessions are online by video call.
We celebrate mistakes here, because that is how we learn.
