About Ariel

My name is Ariel, and I am a dedicated and reliable math tutor with a strong academic foundation and real classroom experience. I am currently a student at Case Western Reserve University, majoring in Quantitative Economics and Psychology with a minor in Mathematics. My academic training, combined with hands-on tutoring experience, allows me to provide structured, effective, and professional support to students at a variety of levels.

I approach tutoring with patience, organization, and a genuine commitment to student success. I take the time to prepare for each lesson, adapt to individual learning styles, and explain concepts clearly and thoroughly. Students can expect a respectful, focused learning environment where questions are encouraged and progress is consistently reinforced.

I have experience working with middle school and high school students, supporting them with math coursework, homework, and exam preparation. I pride myself on being dependable, well-prepared, and attentive to each student’s goals. About the lesson

My name is Ariel, and my tutoring approach focuses on making math clear, manageable, and confidence-building. As a Quantitative Economics and Psychology major with a minor in Mathematics at Case Western Reserve University, I help students understand not just how to solve problems, but why the methods work.

Each lesson is tailored to the student’s needs. We begin with a brief review, then work step by step through current math topics or assignments using clear explanations, examples, and guided practice. I encourage students to explain their reasoning, which strengthens problem-solving skills and reveals areas that need reinforcement.

What sets me apart is my patient, supportive teaching style and strong foundation in both math and learning science. I create a comfortable environment where students can ask questions, make mistakes, and build lasting understanding.
