About Marnu
My name is Marnu Wessels. I am an Elite powerlifter as well as a strength and conditioning coach. I have the previous world record deadlift of 2021 and the current SA record deadlifts of 300KG for u90kg.
This is just some background of what I"m crazy about, but the thing I'm truly passionate about is passing on my vast knowledge of this industry to a newer generation.
