She trained me for the position online for a few months as we were hybrid empoyers then. She further continued to train me when i acquired the position of a Fraud Prevention Analyst a year later. Through my experience working with Fadilah, I've found her to be of exceptional integrity and a person who always aims for the highest standards. She is able to motivate and give credit where credit is due but importantly she is able to point out mistakes and help to fix those mistakes in the form of education on the mistakes.
