With a TESOL certification, a background in Speech-Language Pathology, and over 10 years of experience, I’ve helped hundreds of students from around the world enhance their English fluency and sound more like native speakers.

Having lived in three countries and taught English to learners of all levels, I understand the challenges of mastering a new language. About the lesson

Looking to improve your English skills and refine your pronunciation? I offer specialized Accent Reduction training to help you be understood the first time, every time.

This is not ESL. It is advanced pronunciation. If you are fluent in English but still struggle with pronunciation, this is the class for you.

Did you know that the English has one of the highest number of individual phonemes (sounds)? There are 20 vowel sounds alone! I make it easy for you to hear and produce these sounds in natural, unforced speech.

My accent class starts with zeroing in on pronunciation errors, explaining what your mouth is doing AND what it needs to do to create native American/Canadian English sounds. I help you hear the sounds that you are missing.

Building on these sounds we create words, sentences and phrases. Students make rapid progress once they know what their target sound is and exactly how to produce it! From there we work on tone and cadence to further perfect your communication.
