I believe in having fun in my lessons, whilst also pushing the max out of my lesson, I feel like the biggest flaw for people lately, is all the anxiety around fitness influencers so much information out there and no one knows where to begin
I try to make people feel comfortable and keep it simple so they can enjoy the process!

I would start with a consultation to get a grasp of what kind of things you want to achieve and give you a realistic outcome and time to get to that stage.
Lessons will be 1 hour long, preferably in real life, but if not I can do online.
Be 18+ for lessons and beginner friendly, and open to any questions!
I can also offer pad work with kickboxing :)
