Prenatal and postpartum Yoga teacher certified at the Samadhi school in Florence (Anukalana Method) by Jacopo Ceccarelli and recognized by Yoga Alliance. Teacher of English and Spanish language, holistic and passionate chef of traditional Chinese medicine and macrobiotic and natural cuisine. Study to become a holistic nutritional operator at Sana Gola in Milan and I continue to train and deepen the study of yoga and ayurveda in Italy and abroad.
