About Marine

I'm Marine, a Belgian yoga teacher with a background in clinical psychology. I’m curious about the connection between our minds and bodies, and I enjoy exploring this through movement, breathing and meditation.

Yoga is an important part of my own life, and I wanted to teach to share that space to pause, reconnect and simply be yourself. I completed my yoga teacher training in 2024 and feel particularly drawn to the slower, reflective nature of Yin Yoga.

Through teaching, I hope to offer women a welcoming space where they can feel supported, listen to their bodies and take time for themselves. My approach is gentle and attentive, with room for conversation, individual needs and a little humor too.

About the lesson

I help women feel more connected to their bodies, release everyday tension and support nervous system regulation through breathing exercises, meditation and Yin Yoga.

Yin Yoga involves gentle stretches held for several minutes, with time to slow down, breathe and notice the sensations in your body. No previous yoga experience is needed.

Certified as a yoga teacher since 2024, I also draw on my background in psychology to offer gentle, personalized guidance.

Our first meeting is free and lasts 30–40 minutes. We can meet by video call or over a coffee, my treat!
It’s a chance to get to know each other and talk about your goals, your daily rhythm and what’s happening in your life at the moment.

Following this, sessions last 90 minutes and take place in the comfort of your home, adapted to your needs and experience. If your space isn’t suitable, we can arrange a studio for an additional fee.
