Hey! This is Curtis. I have graduated from chemical engineering at Colorado School of Mines and have specialized in teaching College and High school math/science for 6 years privately now. Please let me know if you are interested and I would definitely love to work with you on all the topics needed! I can help review topics and get really comfortable with the fundamentals for the exams and class! I am currently also working with a few students in high school/university courses so the content is very fresh in my mind! I have graduated from Colorado School of Mines in Chemical Engineering. I specialize in teaching problem solving and critical thinking for standardized tests and chemistry, physics, math (both college and high school level). When I was very young, I got tutoring from numerous instructors in various classes. The tutoring always tremendously strengthened my understanding of the concepts and helped me achieve high scores and gave me a sense of satisfaction. As a result, I am very motivated to become an online tutor today because I want to give back to the student community and help other students achieve their goals and truly offer essential advice on test-taking strategies. For the past 7 years, I have tutored mainly chess, chemistry, differential equations, Calculus 1 through 3, physics, and the SAT through different platforms. I have had the pleasure of working with a range of students with very different skill sets and areas of knowledge. Not only was I able to help them visualize and deeply understand the concepts, I also gave them very specific advice on how to do better on tests and maximize their potential like starting off a test with the easy questions to warm up/prepare the brain and save time for the harder ones at the end.
