About Nancy

I started tutoring in 2018 when my sister was struggling with Grade 9 math. I had to ask her a lot of questions such as what her learning style was and whether she preferred more examples or more explanations. Slowly I began to adjust to her pace and now she is acing math and is in mechanical engineering. I hope to inspire others and future students that even though math may not be easy, it can be fun and useful when understood!

About the lesson

I am a patient, positive and understanding type of person!
Feel free to ask any questions you may have!
I enjoy seeing my students improve and be happy understanding difficult topics.

A typical lesson plan would include an explanation and lots of practice examples.

I am confident to use my abilities and knowledge to help students ranging from elementary to high-school!
Specifically I specialize in math.
