I am a Chemical Engineering graduate (First-Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore and am currently pursuing my PhD at Imperial College London. I have extensive experience in tutoring O, A Level, PAT, AP, 3rd/4th year undergraduate students for English, Math, Physics, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
Usually, I would have a brief consultation with the student to understand his or her needs and learning style. For example, what content, concept skills are you weak at, for me to decide what is the best way to approach the teaching.
Depending on the students' needs, I will go over the required content and also prepare additional material if necessary. One of my strengths is explaining complex concepts using interesting and relatable examples. I am also good at imparting problem-solving skills.
For chemical engineering undergraduates, I have extensive notes and help sheets, including formulas and detailed summaries.
Generally, I would prefer to teach online, but I am also available for in-person sessions. I am also available for further queries you may happen to have outside of official lesson timings.
