About Isha
I am a passionate Chemistry Educator with postgraduate training from IIT Madras and teaching experience as a Faculty Member at Allen, one of India's leading institutes for competitive exam preparation. With a strong academic foundation in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry, I specialize in making complex chemical concepts simple, engaging, and easy to understand.
My teaching approach goes beyond textbook learning and focuses on conceptual clarity, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and real-world applications of chemistry. I help students master topics such as chemical bonding, thermodynamics, chemical equilibrium, electrochemistry, reaction mechanisms, coordination chemistry, and modern chemistry through interactive discussions, visual learning techniques, and practical examples.
I have successfully guided students preparing for School Boards, NEET, JEE, Olympiads, and Foundation Courses by developing their scientific temperament, quantitative aptitude, and confidence in tackling challenging problems. Chemistry is far more than balancing equations and memorizing reactions—it is the study of matter at the atomic and molecular level, governed by thermodynamics, chemical kinetics, quantum principles, and molecular interactions. As an IIT Madras Postgraduate and Allen Faculty member, I specialize in transforming complex concepts such as reaction mechanisms, chemical equilibrium, electrochemistry, molecular orbital theory, coordination chemistry, and structure–property relationships into intuitive and relatable learning experiences.
