About Ryan
I am a Chemistry Graduate with a passion for numbers. I enjoy helping others to understand mathematical problems. I have worked with children in many different circumstances, also working abroad in Switzerland. In my own time I play rugby and love watching sports. Learning shouldn't feel like a chore, it should be made exciting. I understand that not everyone learns the same way and different approachers must be used for different people.

Go through a topic with careful instructions and explanation of how to calculate the answer, to allow understanding of why we do each step.
Give practice questions on the topic, to put what they've learnt into practice in different scenarios.
Feedback on their answers, explain where they went wrong and how to fix their mistakes. So students can achieve full understanding on the topic.
