About YUJIAO
I am a student, doing the master's degree and majoring in TESOL, in the University of Melbourne. Additionally, I have been the English private tutor in Chinese for several times during the university period. I am interested in this job because being a teacher is my ideal job. firstly, my teaching method is to adjust the method based on the personal need, characteristics and their levels of basic knowledge. Personally, to learn how to adjust the pedagogy is the premise to be a good teacher. It is because that the good preparation for a class could make the good use of the time and optimize the teaching quality. Thirdly, try to consider how to improve students' wellbeing could also be a part of the methodology. For instance, creating a relaxing learning environment is essential to effective learning.
