About Nathalie
I am a Level 7 CIPD qualified HR practitioner. My current role is a standalone HR Manager for an SME with extensive experience working for large commercial organisations in a HR capacity.
I have in-depth transactional skills ranging from new starter contracts to contractual changes. My strategic capability enabled me to build a HR function from the ground up.
As well as working in HR and teaching HR theory and practical skills to junior HR professionals, I enjoy spending time with my family & my puppy.
