About Gary
I graduated from the University of Iowa in May of 2019. Since graduation I have been working in downtown Chicago as a civil engineer for a transportation design firm. I specialize in water resource engineering for roadway, bridge and other public infrastructure projects.
Since beginning my career I have acquired my Engineer in Training Certification, Floodplain Manager Certification, and passed my professional engineering exam. I will be a licensed civil engineer in the state of Illinois after 4 years of career experience (August 2023).

My first priority to is gain understanding of the students proficiency. Once I know the students strengths and weaknesses I can begin helping the student where they need it most.
I am proficient in arithmetic, algebra, geometry and trigonometry through high school levels. My background as a civil engineer with my bachelor's of science in engineering from the University of Iowa has allowed me to become proficient in these topics.
