About Jaspreet
I have been playing the violin for 12 years both as a soloist and as part of duets, quartets and orchestras. I have also had experience in tutoring as I have worked as a Mathematics and English tutor, aswell as a private piano tutor.

My teaching method is to first learn about the student themselves and how much they know about the instrument and music reading. I will then teach them basic hand placement and positioning on the violin (‘first position’) along with bow placement and grip. From then on, depending on the students ability, I will then progress to beginners’ scales at an appropriate speed.
