About Bree
Hello! My name is Breanna, and I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with five years of experience supporting students in a school setting. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, where I continue to strengthen my academic writing, communication, and critical thinking skills.
I believe every student is capable of success with the right support and encouragement. Whether you need help improving your reading comprehension, strengthening your writing, or building confidence in English, I strive to create a patient, positive, and individualized learning experience. During my five years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school setting, I have helped students develop reading, reading comprehension, spelling, grammar, and written communication skills. My approach is to meet each student where they are academically, identify their unique learning style, and incorporate their interests into lessons to make learning engaging and effective. I believe that building confidence is just as important as building skills, so I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as they learn.
As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling master's student, I also have extensive experience with academic writing at the graduate level. I can help students from high school to undergrad brainstorm ideas, create essay outlines, develop strong thesis statements, improve organization and clarity, proofread their work, and provide constructive feedback to strengthen their writing. My goal is not just to help students complete an assignment, but to help them become more confident and independent writers.
