My coding lessons focus on helping students understand the why behind every piece of code. We begin with the basics of logic—how computers interpret instructions—before moving into beginner programs that build confidence. Python becomes a tool for problem-solving; SQL becomes a way to explore and organize information; JavaScript introduces interactive thinking; Java builds strong programming habits; and MATLAB supports numerical and mathematical modeling.
For creative learners, I include video game programming, where students design characters, add motion, build interactions, and create simple playable games. Whenever confusion arises, I pause immediately and explain everything again using a calmer or clearer approach. My teaching helps students see code as something they can explore, understand, and enjoy.
