About Jenny
I am a current student at UCSD majoring in Cognitive Psychology, graduating with honors in June 2026. I have always been particularly interested in math, spending much of my time in early grade school focusing on it and eventually ending up 4-5 grades ahead by the time I entered a more standard high school environment. I love video games, especially those that engage problem-solving skills, and have recently been learning 3D art and videography.

When teaching I primarily focus on conceptual understanding of the material rather than the ability to complete problems,which I attribute to my background as a student participating in extracurricular competitive math teaching relating to the AMC10/12.
The majority of my education has been online, and as such I am very familiar with the mechanisms of doing online teaching in a way that is engaging and beneficial for the learning of the student.
Most comfortable teaching around high school age learners preparing for the ACT or SAT, but open to teaching younger learners who may be ahead or looking to get ahead in math.
