I am a college student studying Business. I was a private tutor for an 5th grade and an 11th grade student last year. I have had an experience tutoring a classroom filled with 30+ students. I was able to work with a variety of different students including English learners.

My teaching method is to focus on what students are struggling on the most. I have learned many techniques and approaches when it comes to explaining concepts. One memorable experience I had was when I explained a concept to one of my English learners 3 different ways. Her smile when she finally understood was such a great feeling for me.
