About Mali
I am a recent biochemistry graduate who has tutored middle school to college students in subjects ranging from chemistry to math. Some of my students have been able to recover their grades from Cs and Ds to nearly straight As with my accelerated and thorough teaching as a guide. My students continue to excel in school even outside of active tutoring.

As a tutor who mainly does private lessons and small groups I prefer an individualized approach to allow my students to achieve their learning goals. Usually I spend the first lesson asking questions about experience and doing diagnostic tests before moving onto flexible lessons that focus on skill mastery and real-life applications if possible to keep my student interested. I provide helpful online resources along with my personal tools to foster independent learning.
