About Delaney
I am a senior math major at Providence College but have been tutoring people in math since the beginning of high school. I have a love for tutoring and math and I am currently accelerated in my courses at school and have experience with all areas of math as well as research.

I typically have tutored other college students as well as high school and middle school students. I am comfortable teaching anybody, with math experience or not and tailor to the needs of the student. If I find that they learn better by listening and writing their own notes, I do that. At first, I tend to ask where they are most comfortable with and then do one on one teaching with writing down notes and showing the process of a problem. After asking what they have questions with and answering them, I always write out a new problem and have them do it on their own while I write out an explanation and solution that they are able to take with them. This has proven to be affective for many students and they tend to learn easier in a comfortable environment.
