About Amaya
I always like to say that anyone can form a love of reading and writing. I believe that understanding Why something was written is a major key to life. I have always had a love of reading myself for as long as I can remember, and I would like to help others discover their love for books and writing as well. I Cannot wait to get to know you and help you further your academic journey!

I like to teach by explaining to students what their reading is through layers—beginning with the 5 W method of Who What When Where and Why. I also like to acknowledge each individual's writing style and help them come up with ways that their essays will sound unique and cohesive.
My typical lesson plan will consist of suggested novels or books based on grade level and a bi-weekly meeting on said literary works and helping each student understand the assignments given to them in their classrooms. My services are available for all students grades K-12.
