My teaching method is a lot of one and one work, since I'm tutoring this person I take a lot of their opinion in account. I help them build their work by giving suggestions, asking them questions, and making sure I give them enough positive reinforcement. Because I'm currently freshly graduated from high school, I understand how it is to ask for help in a very awkward way. I don't want anyone to feel that way, or feel like I'm trying to take over their work instead of teaching them. Because of this, I rather they tell me about their work and see what they want to work on or have them show me where they believe they need help. This can be seen as step-by-step and allowing them to see where they want to go with as much help as they need.
