About Gerrit
I have taught English for 15 years, in classrooms and online, to students from all over the world. I taught ESL in China for 8 years in private schools, college and in business. I have helped thousands of students expand their horizons and grow their careers through better English. I teach communication skills for business, travel and test preparation for IELTS and university. I take a personal interest in helping each student reach his or her highest potential. I would ask you to take a short placement test to identify your strengths and weaknesses so that I can prepare a program of lessons to help you reach your goals. I have a large inventory of resources and years of experience to help you expand your world through better English. I make classes that are challenging and fun and produce measurable results. I teach on Skype, Google Hangouts and WeChat.
