Using the analogy of a train journey I teach GOAL-SETTING from a holistic approach.
We start off with the destination - WHAT and WHY do we want to achieve?
Then we look at the starting point - what do we have available to us?
Then we look at the stations needed to get to the destination.
During this Coaching philosphy we also look at:
How our mind works.
How we attract our desired outcomes
The 3 X beliefs that are needed for us to get to our goal.
Visualisations and affirmation techniques.
I am a Life Coach, Author of 3 children's books, Professional Photographer with 2 coffee-table books and an Entrepreneur having started run and sold 2 businesses. Besides what I've learnt as a Coach I also have a treasure chest of knowledge related to the goals that I've achieved, how I've dealt with rejections and the perseverance needed to get to my deired outcomes.
Due to my experience I like working with young entrepreneurs, College Students, Creatives and Dreamers.
My teaching style is very easy going while continously throwing out questions so that the students discover their own answers
