I tend to mix several teaching methodologies ( auditory, visual, kinesthetic, while tutoring, direct instruction, game-base-learning etc. This way, I'm able to carry everybody along and reach out to a wilder range of audience. On a one on one teaching, I first understand the learning style of my student then use the appropriate teaching style/Methodology.
