About Sanjana
I am a sophomore at the University of Maryland pursuing Computer Science and Data Science, with a minor in statistics. I have been a tutor for the past 3 years for lower-level/upper-level Math, Reading/Writing, and beginner-level object-oriented programming (Java/Python). I enjoy teaching and building a connection with my students, and make sure that the sessions are both engaging, enjoyable, and efficient. I have also been a part-time instructor at an Art Studio for the last 4 years and have practiced studio art (painting, drawing, collaging) for the last 10 years(for any inquiries on artistic classes, feel free to contact me as well).

During my high school period, I took all upper-level mathematics up to Calculus 3, Discrete mathematics, and Linear Algebra. I love numbers and want to make sure my student do too! I have experience in AP Calculus as well for high schoolers. I also recently have been through the college application process during the pandemic, and am willing to assist with upcoming essays, applications, and standardized testing (ACT: Superscore 36). I have flexible timings and can teach remotely, or in person within the College Park, MD area.
Lesson plans can be me assisting with school work, or teaching new material for a subject, based on students' needs
