About Khalil
I am an IT Professional with a technical background. I have been developing applications of financial institutions since 2009 (around 13 years), and have diversified experience working with different organisations and can understand business processes. I can adopt any technology framework but my previous experience is on Oracle Apex and Atlassian Jira Software. I have experience of developing applications on Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle PLSQL, and PHP as well. I know HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well. I have full hands-on experience of development as well as administration of both Oracle Apex 5.14+ and Atlassian Jira Software v8.0.3 and v8.14.
