About Wagnes
I am committed to helping college students achieve their piano goals through enjoyable and personalized lessons. With more than 4 years of teaching experience, I focus on building confidence, improving technique, and making every lesson meaningful.
My teaching style is student-centered, patient, and interactive. I explain every lesson in simple English, demonstrate techniques clearly, and encourage students to practice regularly while enjoying the learning process.
I use innovative teaching methods including digital music resources, rhythm exercises, ear training, interactive keyboard activities, and customized practice routines. These methods help students improve consistently while making lessons more engaging.
Students develop strong skills in note reading, scales, chords, finger coordination, posture, rhythm, expressive performance, and effective practice habits. I provide continuous encouragement, detailed feedback, and personalized learning plans to help every student succeed.

I believe learning piano should be a joyful experience that builds both musical knowledge and self-confidence. Every student learns at a different pace, so I create personalized lesson plans based on their age, goals, and previous experience.
Real-life examples make learning meaningful. I explain rhythm using everyday actions, teach musical expression through emotions, and connect theory with songs students already know. Simple case studies also help students understand how musicians prepare for performances and solve musical challenges.
Understanding is always my first priority. Instead of asking students to memorize lessons, I help them understand the purpose behind every exercise. This creates independent learners who can think musically.
Communication is friendly and supportive. I explain every topic in simple English, answer questions patiently, and provide regular encouragement. Practice instructions are clear so students know exactly how to improve between lessons.
Integrity is one of my core teaching values. I maintain honesty, professionalism, and respect while setting realistic goals that motivate students without pressure.
Besides piano, I teach keyboard, music theory, ear training, sight reading, improvisation, rhythm exercises, accompaniment, scales, chords, and beginner music composition. My aim is to develop skilled musicians with a lifelong love for music.
