About Ammar
I myself grew up sporting and I still do it every day. Over the course of my years I have played baseball for 3 years and have been under different martial arts for more than 15 years including: Aikido, Boxing and Military self defence training. I have also been going to the gym for 3 years now and over the years I have been very well informed about nutrition and such.
