About Leni
I am an enthusiastic ESL tutor with 7 years of experience teaching High School and College students. Over the years, I have successfully taught around 150–200 students, helping them improve their English and perform better academically.
I love teaching because I believe English is a key skill that opens doors to many opportunities. I focus on grammar, vocabulary, speaking, reading, and writing. My lessons are practical, interactive, and designed to boost confidence and understanding.
One of my proudest milestones has been seeing students gain fluency and confidence. Many have improved their grades, excelled in presentations, and participated actively in class.
I adjust my teaching style to each student’s learning pace and needs. My goal is to inspire students to enjoy learning English and reach their full potential.

My ESL methodology emphasises real-world application and student engagement. I incorporate real-life examples and case studies such as workplace interactions, academic discussions, travel scenarios, and daily conversations. Students actively practise speaking, listening, reading, and writing to develop fluency, accuracy, and confidence.
Motivation is reinforced through positive feedback, goal setting, and recognition of progress. When students struggle with grammar, pronunciation, or vocabulary, I use problem-solving techniques to explain concepts clearly and provide extra practice. Integrity is a core value of my teaching, and I maintain professionalism and honesty in every session.
Flexibility allows me to tailor lessons according to individual pace, learning style, and proficiency. Besides ESL, I teach business English, academic communication, spoken English, and grammar skills.
