About Michael

I'm a chef with 15 years' experience from a simple canteen to a Michelin level restaurant. During my career, I taught and inspired many young chefs to become successful in their field. Now I will show you how you can be master of your own kitchen, save your time and money.

About the lesson

There is only one way to learn how to cook: practise, practise and practise. There are no shortcuts, but knowledge and understanding (I will equip you with it) of what you are doing and why makes the whole process pleasant and joyful.
