I am director of Xcandyvam software solutions private limited.I worked as associate professor in cse dept for 10 years.Then I worked as Sr.Java Developer for 2 years.Now I am giving training and placements in java technologies and also gives training for basic languages such as c,c++ .And also acadamic projects for B.Tech(CSE),M.Tech(CSE),MCA,Diploma(CSE)

initially i give session plan with topic wise along with number of hours for each and every topic and list of programs. daily 90 mins(for both theory and practicals)
for java real time projects---minimun 2 hrs daily
