About Nancy
Clarity remains the primary pillar of my teaching philosophy. 446 students have used my diagnostic level test to identify their exact needs before starting our sessions. We begin by assessing your baseline skills in listening comprehension and writing to ensure no time is wasted. This diagnostic step is vital for university applicants and business travelers aiming for specific outcomes.
My lessons incorporate CELTA methodologies to ensure academic rigor and practical application. We might spend time on interview preparation or refining your pronunciation through targeted drills.
It is common for us to pause and dissect a tricky phrasal verb if it appears in our reading. I find that breaking down complex grammar rules into smaller pieces makes them much easier to digest. My approach is to keep the conversation flowing while we address your technical questions. You will find that these sessions adapt to your pace as we work through the material together.
