Hi I'm Angela Cebolla Sousa! I'm a CPD-certified health and wellness coach, and a final year medical student at Imperial College London.
With 4+ years of experience in personal training and teaching, I've helped many people build sustainable exercise habits, and improve their academic performance.
As an international student navigating a demanding university, I understand firsthand how challenging it is to prioritise health while managing academics, social life, and work commitments.

Hi! I’m Angela — a CPD-accredited health coach and final-year medical student at Imperial.
I have 4+ years of experience in personal training, teaching, and competing in Cross Training, Hyrox, and running (all while juggling Uni and a social life)
Over the past years of Medical School, I’ve seen how powerful healthy habits are for confidence, well-being, stress management, and academic performance.
But I’ve also seen how hard it can be for students and young professionals to stay active and eat well when you have limited money, little time, exams, and chaotic schedules.
That's why I've created a 6-week student-friendly coaching programme designed to help you build healthy habits in a simple, realistic, and sustainable way, tailored to your:

Details
If you decide to do health coaching with me, the total price would be of 82 pounds for a 6-week programme. This price includes:
- Two 1-hour coaching sessions at the start and at the end of the programme
- Time dedicated to build your personalised programme and readapt it according to your progress.
- Two 35-minute coaching goals to review your 2-weekly progress.
- Weekly catch-ups for continuous support, and questions.
