Visual, hands-on and practical means are the best way. Demonstration and feedback is the key, repetition of the steps and basically how to navigate the systems easily with patience so as not to overload your brain sensors. Allowing you to practise it and use it daily is important.

I haven't picked up a pen to draw for a long time and was not feeling confident before the session. But Therese was really good getting me started on my journey again. She shared plenty of her tricks and practical advice. We had a blast and I was encouraged and able to draw something I'm proud of!
