About Ashriya

Hello, I’m Ashriya, a dedicated and passionate tutor who believes that every student can achieve success with the right guidance. Having been a high achiever throughout my own school years, I understand the challenges students face and how to overcome them with clear explanations and structured practice. I bring previous tutoring experience and a strong academic background, which allows me to simplify difficult concepts in a way that makes learning both effective and enjoyable. As a student myself, I know how important it is to have lessons that are not only affordable but also high quality and result-driven. My teaching approach is student-focused: I adapt my lessons to each learner’s pace, strengths, and areas for improvement. I use a mix of explanations, practice exercises, and real-world examples to build confidence and ensure lasting understanding. A typical lesson is around one hour, but I always remain flexible to suit the student’s needs. My lessons are designed for school students (primary to high school) who want to improve in Math and English, as well as beginners who are excited to learn coding and programming basics. With patience, encouragement, and clear step-by-step teaching, I aim to help every student feel more confident, capable, and motivated.

About the lesson

I believe learning should feel simple, clear, and motivating. My tutoring style is very student-focused — I first understand where you are struggling and then break topics into smaller, easy-to-grasp steps. I make sure to explain concepts in different ways (examples, practice problems, real-life connections) until you feel fully confident.

A typical lesson runs for about 1 hour, but I always adjust based on the student’s focus level and needs — sometimes shorter, sometimes a bit longer if we’re finishing something important.

I have prior tutoring experience and have always been a high-achieving student myself, which helps me relate to students. Since I’m still a student, my lessons are both affordable and approachable, while still delivering quality education and proven results.

My lessons are designed for school students (primary to high school) and also for beginners interested in learning coding/programming basics.
