About Oliver
2024 Studio Art program-McMaster Graduated. I’m a dedicated and patient art instructor with a background in fine arts and a passion for helping students grow creatively and technically. I believe that every student has their own artistic voice, and my goal is to help them develop it with confidence. My teaching combines structure with creativity, encouraging exploration while building strong foundations. I’ve worked with students of all ages and levels, from complete beginners to aspiring art school applicants.

My lessons focus on building strong fundamentals in drawing and painting through step-by-step guidance, tailored exercises, and creative exploration. I adapt my teaching methods to suit each student’s pace and goals—whether preparing a portfolio or simply exploring art. A typical session includes warm-ups, technique demonstrations, and feedback. I work with beginners to advanced students, including those aiming for art and design school. I strive to make every lesson encouraging and skill-focused. One of my students, Oliver, successfully developed a unique portfolio and gained confidence through our sessions.
