About Ana
With 5 years of ESL teaching experience, I have had the privilege of working with 150-200 high school and college students. Teaching English is not just my profession—it is my passion. I enjoy helping students discover the power of language and the confidence it can bring.
My teaching philosophy is centred on making learning interactive, practical, and student-focused. I use real-life examples, engaging exercises, and discussions to develop students’ speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills. I also focus on building confidence and independence, so students feel empowered to communicate effectively in all situations.
Over the years, I have celebrated many milestones, including students improving exam scores, speaking fluently for the first time, and expressing themselves clearly in writing. These achievements remind me why I love teaching and motivate me to continue making lessons impactful and enjoyable.
I aim to create a supportive, positive, and motivating learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring, asking questions, and making mistakes. Teaching ESL is my passion, and I am dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential while enjoying the process of learning English.

I follow a student-focused and practical teaching methodology for ESL. Using real-life examples and case studies, I make lessons meaningful and relevant, helping students understand how English applies to everyday life, academic tasks, and professional contexts.
I emphasise motivation, inspiring students to stay engaged, set realistic goals, and enjoy the learning process. Problem-solving is central to my approach, enabling learners to handle challenges in grammar, vocabulary, speaking, writing, and comprehension effectively.
Integrity is central to my teaching style. I provide honest feedback, maintain a supportive learning environment, and foster trust with students. I also practise flexibility, adapting lessons to each student’s pace, needs, and learning style.
In addition to ESL, I integrate subjects like communication skills, professional English, and study techniques, creating a richer learning experience. My goal is to help students develop confidence and practical language skills they can use in real-life situations.
